Daniel C. Jason
A skilled attorney with federal trial experience, Dan Jason started out as a law clerk for a district court judge in New Orleans after graduating from law school in 1988. He joined the United States Army Judge Advocate General's Corps in 1990 and went into active duty. At the rank of captain, Dan served at several military installations as attorney in a variety of areas, including legal assistance, claims and environmental law. He was trial defense counsel with the U.S. Army 2nd Infantry Division, South Korea, and the group judge advocate with the U.S. Army Criminal Investigations Command, Fort Gillem, Georgia. Dan left active duty in 1997 to focus on his plaintiff personal injury practice. Still with the Army Reserves, he was promoted to the rank of major before being honorably discharged from the Reserves in 2002.
In more than 22 years of practice, Dan has earned an excellent reputation for integrity, thoroughness and fairness among his peers throughout the Georgia legal community. He approaches every injury case with a view towards litigation, though he makes every attempt to resolve cases without a trial. Dan brings his military ethic to his work as a personal injury attorney, showing every client a superior level of dedication and treating each client equally. As Dan says, if he can fight for our country he can fight for you.
